Everyone of us
is a child of the universe. Each of us unique and special. Our
bodies will house our souls in this life until we die. Our bodies need to
be respected, nurtured and loved.
Unfortunately,
we may learn too late in life, or not at all, that health of body is
related to health of mind and soul.
If each child
was taught about the wonder of life, the sacredness of each living thing, from
very early in their lives, it would never be too late.
Parenting is the most important job
anyone can do. It
is a full-time job, involves constant learning and reassessing of values. It requires
support from friends, family and community.
If we love and
teach our children well, they will grow into confident and competant members of
society.
